These Bills require <br /> the inventory, inspection -and permitting of -a],'[ underground storage tanks that <br /> contain materials. The S:kn Joaquin Local Health District, Division <br /> of Environmental Health was designated as the enforcement agency for the <br /> cities and unincorporated areas within San Joaquin County. State lam provides <br /> for a feE, system to cover the cost of implementing this state mandated <br /> program. <br /> Local fees (see Attached Fee Schedule? , for these required inspectional <br /> services, will. be billed on a yearly basis. The faicilities Permit to Operate <br /> will. be issued for a five year period. Yn addition to the Yearly <br /> inspectional fee, -this statement will also include a $56/tank State surcharge <br /> f c-)P-. The State surcharge fee per tank- will be charged every five yea'r's or <br /> whenever -the facilities Permit is renewed of, amended. All State �;urcharqe <br /> fees will be transmitted by the Health District to the California Water, <br /> Resources Control Board. <br /> To apply for a f,-Kilities Permit -to Operate, complete the attached Fee <br /> Worksheet and submit the appropriate fees. Fees are due and payable February <br /> 3, 1986.
