Transport to area not accessible to public . <br /> ABANDO ENT IN PLACE <br /> When circum ances warrant , tank(s) may b abandoned in place and <br /> safeguarded in manner and with materia approved by the Chief. . <br /> REQUIREMENTS FOR FILL_ G ABANDONED ANKS IN PLACE <br /> 1 . Filling of tank sha b done under supervision of issuing <br /> authority. <br /> 2 . Remove all flammabl or com stible liquid from the tank and from <br /> all connecting lin s . <br /> 3 . Disconnect the action, inlet , gau and vent lines . <br /> 4 . Fill tank c pletely with slurry mix. <br /> A. Sl ry mix shall have a minimum of 1 4 sacks of cement per <br /> y d of total mix. <br /> B. Amount of mix shall be equal to the displace t of tank as <br /> shown in following table. <br />
