Provide a plot plan showi.ng the name of property owner, facility address, <br /> parcel number, tank size, product stored, method of abandonment and tank(s) <br /> dista a to all wells within 1000 feet of the abandoned tank(s). <br /> Alto ative #2 <br /> 1. Pr vide a record-of materials purchased to abandon tank(s) . <br /> 2. Provide a plot plan showing the name of property owner, facility address, <br /> partnumber, tank size, product stored, method .of abandonment and tank s) <br /> distance all wells within 1000 feet of the abandoned tank(s) . <br /> Al•ternattve-0 <br /> 1.
