Derek Janich (mdjanichl@comcast.net)
Subject: Stockpile
Jeff,
I received your message and understand that the reuse of the stockpile soil onsite it okay. I also received your
message about the possible need for additional investigation and possible remediation. As the UST is now full witt
CDF and the gas and water lines are located adjacent to the now filled UST, additional excavation would not be
possible. We will be putting our tank removal report together and will obviously address the impacted soil that is
beneath the USTs.
We will be removing the two drums from the property, and it looks like it will be early next week. We will give you
24 hours notice with the Waste Manifest#prior to removing the drums.
11/8/2011
