PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Site Location: Subject Property is located at the northeast corner of East <br /> Mariposa Road and Farmington Road in Stockton, San <br /> Joaquin County, California, (Figure 1) <br /> Project Description: Tank destroyed in place with removal of impacted soils into <br /> stockpiles. PSI will collect soil samples and have them <br /> tested for contamination. <br /> Hazardous Materials <br /> Anticipated: PSI anticipates the potential presence of Hydrocarbons and <br /> VOCs. <br /> Other Health and <br /> Safety Concerns: Physical hazards associated with excavating include <br /> crushing-pinching of extremities from equipment. <br /> Additionally, heavy equipment used for excavating and <br /> hauling soil represents a danger for workers on the site. <br /> Air Monitoring <br /> Equipment: None. <br /> Initial Personal <br /> Protection: Modified Level D.
