Some of the specific responsibilities of the FP are as follows: <br /> • Reading the HSP in its entirety prior to the start of fieldwork. <br /> • Signing the HSP sign-off sheet acknowledging receipt and understanding of <br /> this HSP (see Appendix D) and returning the sheet to the SHSO. <br /> • Bringing forth any questions or concerns regarding the content of the HSP to <br /> the SHSO prior to the start of work. <br /> • Reporting all accidents and incidents to the SHSO. <br /> • Complying with the requests of the appointed SHSO. <br /> 6 <br />
