No USTs were <br /> noted at the time of the assessments. Work has begun and a tank was discovered while they were installing the <br /> drainage system. The UST contains product which you plan to have pumped out as part of abating the threat of a <br /> release. You informed me that you are a hazardous waste contractor with the proper certifications.
