You will note that at <br /> page 4 , line 9 , Mr. Giambanco makes the statement : "Mr. <br /> Kappos does not understand that I am in total compliance <br /> with the Department of Health in all their divisions . The <br /> last deposition taken by Mr. Kappos in his office from <br /> Diane Hinson with the Department of Health stated that I <br /> was in total compliance.
