The concentrations of soluble chromium detected in the sample were 0.0019 mg/1 <br />by the DI -WET test and 0.061 mg/1 by the standard WET test. <br />Both results are well below the calculated designated level of 0.5 mg/l, which indicates that the <br />concentration of chromium detected in the sample does not pose a threat to groundwater <br />quality. Note also, that even if the soluble chromium is taken to be 100% hexavalent, the <br />soluble concentrations do not exceed the designated level of 0.1 mg/1 for hexavalent chromium <br />calculated from the proposed MCL of 0.01 mg/l. <br />The laboratory report is attached.
