9 • <br /> As October 12, 2015,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department CUPA notified their <br /> inspectors: "....do not accept the alarm tapes (prints) for sensors tested during the inspection... (only review <br /> them).... The technician must provide this alarm receipt with the test results send to the EH history <br /> and setup tapes which are received with the Monitoring System Certification test results sh VC2 <br /> received by the EHD". St U <br /> 2016 <br /> On the Monitoring System Equipment Certification form part C states the following: 4-�nww A+r <br /> C.
