The 87 has two turbines with two leak detectors in one sump.The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested because both turbines were turning on at the same time. During inspection,technician closed the ball valve from the auxiliary turbine and the leak detector passed. All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi.Auxiliary leak detector and associate turbine to remain closed until solution for the extra leak detector can be corrected. Immediately have a properly licensed,trained,and certified contractor to investigate, and repair auxiliary leak detector(LG 113-x listed, if applicable)and obtain a permit from EHD if necessary. This is a repeat violation, Class 11.
