These inspections must be performed by <br /> an inspector who has passed the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Designation Exam. <br /> Because of the qualifications required, it is not practical for staff members to become <br /> our inspector. <br /> RATIONALE: To ensure the district remain in compliance with all required regulations <br /> of the San Joaquin Environmental Health and San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District. <br /> This agenda item meets Strategic Goal#8— provide Modern and Safe Facilities. <br /> FUNDING: The total cost will not exceed $2,000 per year to be funded by the <br /> Transportation Budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Contract between Tracy Unified School District and <br /> Bagley Equipment Company for Underground Storage Tank Designation Services. <br /> Prepared by: Casey Goodall, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services <br /> 48 <br />
