Overview <br />Triton Construction is providing this site safety plan in order to address various health and <br />safety issues regarding work at the site and to disseminate information about Triton <br />Construction health and safety goals, procedures, and policies. <br />B- Scope of Work <br />This Site Health and Safety Plan was created for field work being performed at the Valero <br />Station located at 470 North Main Street, Manteca, CA. The scope of work at the site is as <br />follows: Remove two 14,000 -gallon capacity Underground Storage Tanks (UST). <br />2.0 PROJECT SAFETY AUTHORITY <br />A. On -Site Project Safety <br />Personnel responsible for (lie project safety are: <br />Anthony Spielman <br />Mark Sullivan <br />Project Safety Officer <br />Company Safety <br />Officer <br />The Project Safety Officer and Company Safety Officer have the authority to upgrade or <br />downgrade the provisions of this Site Safety Plan as site conditions change. In addition, the <br />Project Safety Officer shall be responsible for the following: <br />• Safety Supplies & Equipment Inventory for the Project Site <br />• Accident/Incident Reporting <br />SSP.Prr jeer Nn. <br />Dole <br />
