We will <br /> make every effort to comply with all <br /> State and local regulations required by law. <br /> Violation Corrective Measure <br /> #104 Operating Permit Uploaded and resubmitted all required forms (CERS) <br /> #105 UST Monitoring Plan Uploaded and resubmitted all required forms (CERS) <br /> #107 Monitoring Plan Uploaded and resubmitted (CERS) <br /> #201 Fuel Alarm All work complete submitted documents <br /> #209 Documenting Alarms D.O. will note on the inspection form ALL individual sensors <br /> that have alarmed during the previous month. This will insure <br /> that the County understands exactly what has occurred at <br /> the facility. <br /> #306 Leak Detector Corrected on site during inspection <br /> #313 Shear Valves Work scheduled for repair submit documents when <br /> completed <br /> #315 Liquid in Containment Sumps Corrected on site during inspection <br /> It is our intent to fully comply with all State and Local authorities to ensure a good working <br /> relationship with all parties involved.
