If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be <br /> removed and disposed of properly. The alarm logs and maintenance records indicated several alarms <br /> for liquid in this sump throughout the winter which were all promptly addressed. <br /> Note: The tanks at this facility are manifested together.
