DIABLO STREET, STOCKTON <br /> I . CASE SUMMARY <br /> 3-1-91 A routine underground storage tank inspection was <br /> performed by Kasey Foley. Ms. Foley met with the tenant who was <br /> leasing the facility, and found that Circle K (owner of record <br /> according to PHS-EHD file) had filed for bankruptcy and the <br /> facility had a new owner called "V Market" . At the time of <br /> inspection, the UST' s were not being monitored. <br /> 5-5-92 Pam Violett was informed by PHS-EHD accounting office <br /> that the facility owes 1992 active tank fees and 100% penalties. <br /> Pam Violett attempted to phone facility, and telephone number had <br /> been disconnected. <br /> 5-11-92 Doug Wilson informed Pam Violett that another routine <br /> inspection was needed so that a compliance deadline could be given. <br /> 5-27-93 Pam Violett attempted a routine inspection, and found the <br /> facility to be abandoned. A deadline of June 15, 1992 , was given <br /> to comply with the inspection report. <br /> 6-1-92 Wrote inspection report from site visit on 5-27 , and <br /> mailed copy to owners listed on the San Joaquin County Assessor ' s <br /> information (Jun W. & L.T. Jue, P.O. Box 633 , E1 Cerrito, CA <br /> 94530) . <br /> 6-26-92 Mrs. Jue telephoned PHS-EHD. She indicated to Pam <br /> Violett that the facility had a fire in January 1992, and that they <br /> are in the process of refurbishing the building. Pam Violett <br /> indicated to her that they would need to go through temporary <br /> closure process if they intended to reuse tanks. Ms. Violett also <br /> informed Mrs. Jue that City of Stockton Fire Department would also <br /> need to be notified, and that they still owed outstanding fees in <br /> the amount of $ 1, 020.
