Kith R.E.H.S. <br /> Dear Mr. Kith: <br /> With reference to your last inspection of my LOCAL FOOD STORE, (2650 Monte Diable Ave.), the <br /> following have been completed to comply with the regulations per your request. <br /> 1. Dispenser meters have been calibrated and inspected by Weight &Measures. Copies attached. <br /> 2. Tank 93 dispenser has been repaired, installed and calibrated. <br /> 3. A contract has been signed with SIR and tanks are monitored per SIR instructions. However, I feel <br /> that I am not responsible for how the tanks were monitored previously. I am making efforts to <br /> contact the previous operator to procure the previous data. The previous operator is currently out of <br /> the country. As soon as I am able to contact him, I will inform you about the findings. However, it <br /> will not be a quick process so please be patient. <br /> 4. We have tested the tanks, lines and leak detectors recently. Copies of the test data have been sent to <br /> EHD. A copy is attached for your review. <br /> 5. A copy of the written monitoring procedure and response plan per Mr. Doug Wilson's instructions is <br /> attached herewith. <br /> 6.
