In addition,there are <br /> cut sheets attached for the deflection plates for the Encore 500 dispensers on site that will be used in the repairs. The <br /> technician's ICC and Bravo certifications for this equipment have already been provided. <br /> To sum up the scope of work: <br /> o Prep the following chase pipes and install 3"-2" smith reducer fittings with test ports <br /> 0 91 STP to 91 Fill chase pipe <br /> 0 87 STP to 87 Fill chase pipe <br /> o Diesel STP to Diesel Fill chase pipe <br /> o Remove 6 old boots from the 3 chase pipes <br /> o 2 boots from each existing chase pipe <br /> o Hook the 91-chase pipe to the existing 91 VPH zone <br /> o Hook the 87 Chase pipe to the existing 87 VPH zone <br /> o Hook the diesel chase pipe to the existing diesel VPH zone <br /> o Inspect new fittings with agency and show chase pipes are being monitored under vacuum as part of the VPH <br /> monitoring system <br /> o New sensors should not need to be added. Current zones at this site should allow for the changes we are <br /> proposing. <br /> o Document these new changes on site <br /> o All 6 UDC's <br /> o One by one open UDC's lower cabinet doors <br /> o Remove both sides <br /> o Prep lower cabinet for install of the bravo DEFLECTION PLATES per the submitted cut sheets <br /> o Install [2] Bravo-encore-deflection-plates under each UDC, [one plate for each side of UDC <br /> o These are attached per the install instructions we have submitted "supplied by the manufacture"these <br /> are to remain in place at all times. <br /> o After install, inspect with agency <br /> o After all 6 UDC's have deflection plates installed wipe work areas clean and take pictures for proper <br /> documentation <br /> ? Close up all 6 UDC's <br /> I hope that these modifications will address the outstanding compliance issues and is sufficient for a permit to be <br /> issued.
