0
Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Tuesday,August 1, 2017 3:48 PM
To: 'kfigures@raleys.com'
Cc: 'Mike Gabbert'
Subject: Inspection report for Raley's Fuel Station 356
Hello Krista,
We spoke earlier today concerning the inspection that was completed at the Raley's Fuel Station No. 356,4219 E.
Morada Lane,Stockton,on July 20, 2017. 1 have not sent the inspection report because I am still investing whether a
violation occurred when a "vac"sensor was replaced on December 23, 2016. 1 have contacted Able Maintenance to find
out if the vac sensor was replaced with an identical make and model sensor as the original sensor, and whether our
agency was notified of the sensor replacement by the consulting firm. I still need to hear from Able Maintenance before
determining whether they need to submit a permit for the sensor replacement. I don't want to issue a violation if it is
not necessary. Hopefully this will get resolved by tomorrow and I can send the inspection report.
I was able to confirm a different sensor replacement done by Service Station Systems in April of this year and I have
confirmed that there is no permit needed for this sensor replacement.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartnev(Wsicehd.com
1
