Qualified service technicians shall possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all <br /> of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br /> the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation <br /> company), and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by <br /> the International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested. <br /> 6. Each individual installing or testing any component shall hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 7. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance <br /> (Former Form C) to this office no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br /> 8. Current UPCF Underground Storage Tank Operating Permit Application-Tank <br /> information must be submitted to this office within 30 days of final inspection. <br /> 9. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
