At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC)UST Service <br /> Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all <br /> components installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 2. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br /> from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 3. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br /> Regulations Title 23 and the Health&Safety Code. <br /> 4. The monitoring must satisfy this facilities' monitoring plan. <br /> 5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br /> 6. A tank integrity test must be performed once concrete is poured in accordance to <br /> manufacture guidelines. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of <br /> returning the site to operating condition. <br /> 7.
