Each issue has been addressed as noted below: <br /> Issue#1: <br /> • Provide the test results for the Secondary Containment test that was scheduled for April 6, 20004, by <br /> Wayne Perry. <br /> Response#1: <br /> • The Secondary Containment testing was conducted 3/29/04 and the spill buckets were tested 4/6/04 <br /> These results have been given to the Market Manager Mike Faquiryan to be placed the safe zone <br /> records box. (see attached) <br /> Issue#2: <br /> • The annual Monitoring certification scheduled for today 4/12/05 was cancelled. Rescheduled. <br /> Response#2: <br /> • The Monitor was rescheduled to 4/15/05. Tanknology will submit the certification as soon as possible. <br /> This letter should address the issues included in the Inspection Report and Circle K Stores Inc. assumes <br /> that the issues have been resolved.
