04/05/2004 MON 09:90 FA% Z 001.002 <br /> Testing Notification <br /> TO; Ray Von Flue <br /> Test Date:April 6,2004 <br /> Test Time: 8:00 A.M> <br /> RE: Compliance Testing: Fueling System: (2701205), Circle K <br /> Wayne Perry Maintenance(WPI) will be conducting compliance testing at 16470 <br /> CAMBRIDGE,LATHROP CA.95330.Please note the boxes will be checked next to <br /> the test being performed. <br /> ❑ 1)ST-30 Pressure Decay Test-We will test the Pressure in the tanks,under ground <br /> piping and dispenser, including hanging hardware, to confirm you have no leaks in your <br /> Vapor Recovery System. <br /> ❑ 2)Air/Liquid Test:We will test the dispenser, including the hanging hardware, to <br /> confirm your Vapor Recovery System is collecting the appropriate amount of vapors for <br /> the amount of fuel delivered. <br /> ❑ 3)ST-27 Dynamic Pressure Test: We will test to determine if there is blockage in the <br /> vapor return piping froii,the nozzle to the UST on balance systems and from the udc to the <br /> UST on vac assist systems. <br /> ® 4) Veeder Root Monitoring Certification. We will test the tank monitor to confirm <br /> proper operation and positive shut down. <br /> ®5)SB 989 Testing: We will perform secondary containment testing on all turbine <br /> sumps,TLM sums, fill sumps, dry tank annulars, secondary piping and under dispenser <br /> containment. We do not anticipate the closer of your site, as we will not be testing all <br /> components at once. <br /> 10989 Notes:A 55 gallon drum with rinsate water generated from the cleaning procedures <br /> will be left at your site and the removal is the responsibility of the owner. <br /> A.Q.M.D. mandates the amount of fuel needed in the fuel tanks at the time of testing. It is <br /> required to have a minimum of 1000 gallons in each tank and a maximum of 75% of the <br /> total volume of all tanks (example 3- 10,000 gallon tanks max. =22,500 gallons).Note: <br /> This is only required if the ST-30 test is checked to he performed. <br /> As you know,the Dealers and Managers play an important role in our testing procedures <br /> and we would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.
