This <br /> includes, and is not limited to, the installation or the <br /> replacement of leak detectors . Permits will be issued as a <br /> retrofit or repair as provided in the Environmental Health <br /> Division Fee Schedule . <br /> Special consideration will be given to contractors installing <br /> leak detectors or sensor replacements during routine maintenance <br /> operations at underground tank facilities if a retrofit or repair <br /> permit is obtained on the following business day. The contractor <br /> making the leak detector or sensor replacement must only use <br /> equipment which has prior State of California Water Resources <br /> Control Board approval . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
