Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) <br /> One Month Analysis Failure Notification <br /> Dear County: <br /> Pursuant to CCR, Title 23, Section 2646.1(d) , you are being notified that <br /> the following gasoline facility(ies) located in your jurisdiction have a <br /> tank or tanks that failed SIR analysis for one month (October 1994) : <br /> STORE TANK# <br /> #1205 16470 Cambridge, Lathrop 3 <br /> Attached please find a copy of the SIR Summary for each site. Normal daily <br /> monitoring procedures will continue and a calibration check will be <br /> performed. If any tank at the above facility(ies) should fail analysis for <br /> a second consecutive month, a tank and line test will be scheduled <br /> immediately and an unauthorized release form submitted to the County <br /> indicating a suspected release. <br /> All SIR analysis reports are maintained here in our Corporate files as it <br /> would be logistically difficult to distribute monthly to each site and would <br /> also hinder completeness of such records.
