Charter Way—Country Market Place—SR0037984 <br /> The permit application to replace leak detector, annular sensor, under dispenser containment <br /> sensor and spill bucket at the above referenced location has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 4. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 610-3123 to arrange inspection appointments; A 48 hour <br /> notification is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> (a) Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(B), if overfill prevention is changed. <br /> (b) Leak Detector, annular sensor, under dispenser containment sensor. <br /> (c) Spill bucket. <br /> 5. A third party certified tank integrity test on 91 tank must be performed and results received <br /> by this office within 7 days of completing the project. <br /> 6. This office will not issue underground storage tank permit until all the violations are <br /> corrected. Operation of underground storage tank without permit is another violation. <br /> 7. Permit expires within 90 days.
