Charter Way, Stockton CA <br /> The permit application to repair to repair the exposed riser on the regular (87) <br /> underground storage tank from the above referenced facility has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling the <br /> final inspection. <br /> 2. EHD must witness a 30-minute pressure test and soap test on all repaired piping prior <br /> to a final inspection. All repairs must be performed per manufacturers instructions. <br /> 3. A tank integrity test must be performed by a certified tank tester once concrete is <br /> poured. Results must be received by this office prior to a final inspection <br /> 4. Schedule a appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 5.
