Hwy 99, Stockton <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> • Obtain permits from San Joaquin Environmental Health and San Joaquin Air Pollution <br /> Control District. Permit fees by others <br /> • Prepare the following for permitting purposes: Drawings, Equipment Submittals, Site <br /> Specific Health & Safety Plan <br /> • USA of site prior to dig <br /> • Demo entire concrete tank pad measuring 16' W x 30' L, load and dispose of concrete <br /> Excavate to the top of existing tanks to remove tank plugs to install new 4" risers (Phase 1) <br /> Install equipment provided by Bagley Enterprises. All equipment, delivery, & sales tax to be <br /> paid by others. Reference attached equipment list furnished by Bagley Enterprises dated <br /> 3/1/05. <br /> • Backfill and replace concrete pad with like kind <br /> Provide and assist with Air Pollution testing requirements <br /> Perform ST-27 Tightness Test, ST-30 Blockage Test, Torque Test (drop tube and fill <br /> adaptor), Nozzles Test (liquid over air) <br /> Total Proposed. $16,475 <br /> Exclusions (By Others): <br /> Loading and off-haul of impacted or undesirable soil, soil samples, and environmental issues not <br /> included in the scope of work. Underground obstructions, cave-in's due to unstable soil conditions, <br /> unmarked or miss-marked underground utilities that are damaged or must be replaced will be <br /> considered additional work that is not included in the scope of work.
