The following will also be installed:VR TLS-350 monitoring panel,ISD module,VR <br /> 208 liquid sensors in each sump and under dispenser containment(UDC),and VR 420 liquid <br /> sensors in the underground tank annular spaces. The permit has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department,local planning or building department and the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. Print out the alarm history from the old monitoring panel before installing the new VR <br /> panel. Provide the alarm history to the EHD inspector during the inspection. <br /> 4. Contact Garrett Backus(209-468-2986)to arrange the following inspection(s)(a 48-hour <br /> notice is required): <br /> a. The EHD must witness the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system <br /> to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health&Safety Code. All <br /> monitoring system sensors must be tested. Electronic line leak detectors must be <br /> tested if installed at this site <br />
