Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council(ICC),that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid,current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> component(s)being tested,repaired, or serviced; <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 8. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br /> individual physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, <br /> who possesses all of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> b.
