See Leak Detector Tester (LDT-890)test instructions. Vaporless Manufacturing,Inc.warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:LD-2000,LD- 2200 and LD-3000 series of leak detectors are covered for 24 months after the date of installation;all other mechanical VMI products(see separate Limited Warranty for Electrical I Electronic products) are covered for 18 months after installation date. This warranty will be considered VOID if the product is found to have been improperly installed,misused,abused or disassembled. This warranty is valid only if the accompanying WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD IS COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO VAPORLESS MANUFACTURING,INC.WITHIN FOURTEEN(14)DAYS FROMTHE DATE IT IS PUT INTO SERVICE. Before request of warranty repair on leak detectors,follow the installation instructions for the appropriate leak detector and leak detector testing protocol as explained with the LDT-890 leak detector tester. A LDT-890 TEST FORM/WARRANTY CHECK LIST MUST BE RETURNED WITH EACH MECHANICAL LLD. To request warranty consideration;call Vaporless Manufacturing,Inc.at(800)367-0185.Upon receiving an RGA(Returned Goods Authorization), ship the product prepaid directly to Vaporless Manufacturing, Inc., 8700 East Long Mesa Dr., Prescott Valley,Arizona 86314. Return the leak detector prepaid with a copy of the Warranty Check List(LDT-890 TEST FORM). Dealers and wholesale outlets for Vaporless products are not required or authorized to perform warranty repairs or exchanges on behalf of Vaporless,nor are they authorized to modify this warranty in any way. All warranties implied by law,including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes are limited to 24 months from date product is put into service (LD-2000, LD-2200 and LD-3000); 18 months from date product is put into service for all other VMI mechanical and test equipment(see separate Limited Warranty for Electrical/Electronic products). In no event shall Vaporless Manufacturing,Inc.be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied arising in connection with this product including without limitation,loss of stored liquids or damage to the ground,underground or environment,whether arising under theories of tort,negligence, strict liability contract,or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,nor do they allow the exclusion of incidentaupruial damages.
