If true, this is a violation of Title 23, California Code of Regulations, section <br /> 2715(a) which reads "The owner shall inform the local agency of any change <br /> of designated UST operator(s) no later than 30 days after the change." <br /> Please submit the last three monthly designated operator inspection reports and <br /> the enclosed notification form, identifying the new designated operator(s) for the <br /> site, within 10 days of receiving this letter.
