Spill Response Plan <br /> Equipment Used: <br /> I Granular Absorbent <br /> 2. Absorbent pads <br /> 3. Spill booms <br /> 4. 55 gallon disposal drum <br /> Double Wall Tank Sites: Vanco T.A.P., Ripon, Lodi, T-1, T-2, T-3, and DIK TRACY <br /> I. Determine cause of release and stop product flow. <br /> 2. Contain liquid with Ultrasorb,absorbent pads,spill booms. <br /> 3. Notify Owner on call via phone so that owner can make necessary regulatory notifications. <br /> 4. Clean up surface area affected by unauthorized release. <br /> S. Determine if release has entered secondary containment. <br /> 6. If sensors indicate presence of hydrocarbon;record release on monitoring and incident reports, arrange for removal of <br /> liquid from secondary containment. This will be concluded with in 10 days and recorded on report. <br /> 7. Place contaminated material in 55-9allon drums to be disposed of by Refineries Sery ces, a licensed petroleum recycler. <br /> Equipment Needed: <br /> 1. Ultrasorb <br /> 2. Absorbent pads <br /> 3.
