Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Tbuy Tran (468-8257) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice is required): <br />a. Verify the functionality of the diesel mechanical line leak detector by witnessing the three gallon <br />per hour leak test. <br />4. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, <br />ASTM, etc. See California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete <br />list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing <br />organization. <br />5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br />individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State <br />License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code Council (ICC), that <br />are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the componem(s) being tested, <br />repaired, or serviced. <br />and <br />
