The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aaron Hang at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Secondary piping soap test: One-hour pressure test for all exposed piping, per <br /> manufacturers guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's guidelines. Test shall be performed <br /> using an applicable method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> Secondary containment piping pressure test(after surface repairs/restoration) <br /> • 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on any impacted/exposed UDC sump(s), as <br /> applicable. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD inspection <br /> and approval. <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the 89 tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on <br /> the 89 tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. <br /> 5. Secondary containment testing for the impacted piping is required six months after installation. <br /> Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> V <br />
