A new designated operator, James Williams was hired on 01/30/2017 and notification was not provided to the EHD within 30 days of the change. Any changes shall be reported to the EHD within 30 days. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility. This is a minor violation. 210 CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. The July 2016 designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found on site. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site.
