Witness the hydrostatic test for 60 minutes(or equivalent)and verify five gallon <br /> capacity on the replaced spill container. <br /> c. Verify that the replaced electrical relay functions normally. <br /> 6. An"Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent[pursuant to(CCR)2635(d)] before this <br /> upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 7.
