Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air District for any <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addendums supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br /> Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all <br /> components installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 4. EHD must witness the functionality of the sensor to ensure that monitoring meets <br /> the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23 and the <br /> California Health and Safety Code. <br /> 5. Allow a 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br /> 6.
