(PSI) is pleased to submit this permit application to <br />conduct UST repair activities at the above -referenced site. PSI has been retained by Yellow <br />Roadway Corporation (YRC) to perform UST repair work at the YRC - Tracy, California facility. <br />Scope of Work: <br />PSI will sawcut, breakout and excavate the annular space riser of the existing 10,000 -gallon <br />Soap/Detergent underground storage tank (UST). Following excavation activities, PSI will <br />remove the existing riser, to facilitate the removal of the Veeder- Root sensor(s) currently <br />lodged within the UST. <br />Upon removal of existing sensor(s), as needed, PSI will replace the Veeder-Root Interstitial <br />Sensor and sensor pulling cable system. <br />PSI will replace and reinstall the 4" annular space riser, and backfill/compact.
