(PSI) is pleased to submit this supplemental scope of work <br />for UST repair activities to be performed at the above -referenced site. <br />In order to facilitate future access to the annular space riser and sensor, YRC has requested <br />the addition of the installation of an access riser and sump enclosing the annular space riser. <br />Scope of Work: <br />PSI will sawcut, breakout and excavate the annular space riser of the existing 10,000 -gallon <br />Soap/Detergent underground storage tank (UST). Following excavation activities, PSI will <br />remove the existing riser, to facilitate the removal of the Veeder-Root sensor(s) currently lodged <br />within the UST. <br />Upon removal of existing sensor(s), as needed, PSI will replace the Veeder-Root Interstitial <br />Sensor and sensor pulling cable system. PSI will replace and reinstall the 4" annular space <br />riser. <br />Access Sump Riser Installation <br />Prior to backfill and compaction, PSI will install one (1) 42" x 36" American Containment AC -42 <br />FRP sump riser around the annular space riser. The sump ring will NOT be attached to the <br />UST_ The sump riser will be set six (6) inches above the existing UST tank top. Following sump <br />installation, PSI will install one (1) 42" x 32" FRP sump reducer top hat. <br />Following the completion of the backfilling and compaction of the resultant excavation, PSI will <br />install one (1) 36" OPW 6110-37TX access manway.
