(PSI) is pleased to submit this Notification of <br />Additional Work for the above -referenced project. <br />For the rectification of outstanding sump tightness and integrity issues, PSI will perform <br />additional non-destructive repairs within the existing sumps, prior to re -testing. <br />The proposed additional repairs are not specified in, and are in addition to, the project <br />scope of work proposed in the original permit application. <br />In order to attempt to rectify sump tightness and integrity concerns, PSI will perform the <br />following repairs and services: <br />• PSI will re -fiberglass each of the existing sump collars, at the sump riser <br />connection points. <br />• PSI will rebuild and/or tighten existing sump electrical conduit/fitting assemblies, <br />as necessary. <br />• PSI will inspect and re -seal sump risers, as needed. <br />• PSI will re -seal riser caps and adapters, as needed. <br />Following the completion of these repairs, PSI will contact SJCEHD a minimum of 48 <br />hours in advance to schedule sump lake testing.
