Section <br /> ;m _ Warranty Statement <br /> Parts Replacement Warranty <br /> T E C H N O L O G I E S <br /> Blueline Technologies, LLC warrants that any Blueline Repair Boat or Reducer will maintain its <br /> structural integrity and will not deteriorate under normal exposure to fuels, water, and other environmental <br /> conditions present within a sump for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. This warranty is <br /> contingent on the repair being performed by a certified and trained installer using the Blueline <br /> Technologies installation instructions. <br /> "Deterioration"for the purpose of this warranty is defined as significant physical property loss that results <br /> in cracking, swelling to the point that the seal is compromised, or the general breakdown of the boot. If a <br /> leak is caused by this type of deterioration it will be considered a product failure and will constitute a <br /> legitimate warranty claim. Warranty Replacement parts will be warranted for the period corresponding to <br /> the remaining warranty period of the original part. Slight swelling or discoloration will not materially <br /> detract from part performance and does not constitute a breach of warranty. In the event a breach of <br /> warranty occurs as defined above, Blueline Technologies liability is outlined below. <br /> Warranty against Performance Failure <br /> This warranty provides for the replacement of any Blueline boot, reducer, or insert that has failed. Any <br /> part failures that were not installed by a current, trained installer, will not be covered by this warranty. <br /> Notification of Claim <br /> This Warranty requires that Blueline Technologies be notified in writing of any claims within fourteen days <br /> of becoming aware of the failure. Claim notifications must include the site name and address, pictures <br /> and details of the failing parts, the name and address of the installing contractors company, and the <br /> individual trained installer who carried out the work. Additionally, the date of installation, and any other <br /> pertinent information requested by Blueline Technologies will need to be provided. Blueline Technologies <br /> reserves the right to inspect all reported claims. Failure to comply constitutes a waiver of all rights under <br /> this Warranty. <br /> This warranty applies to Blueline Technologies specified repair programs only. <br /> Misuse and Force Majeure <br /> Blueline Technologies have no obligations under this warranty with respect to products that have been <br /> modified or damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling by the Purchaser or <br /> Purchaser's customer. Damage from fire, structural failure, earthquake and other Force Majeure events <br /> are not covered. <br /> Unintended Use of Products <br /> Blueline Technologies products are intended only for use by Blueline Technologies certified and trained installers, <br /> and only for the intended uses as described in the corresponding Blueline Technologies training Manual from 15" <br /> November 2002. Before using for any other application, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its <br /> intended use and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. <br /> BLUELINE • • 0 <br />
