Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component <br />4. ERD must witness the functionality of the new sensor to =sure that monitoring <br />meets the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health �$ <br />- -- - -Sa#`ety -- Com <br />- ------------- -— - - - <br />5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments_ <br />6. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former <br />Form C) for the waste oil tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />7.
