At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br />installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />2. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. EHD must witness the functionality of the new sensor to ensure that monitoring <br />meets the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health & <br />Safety Code. <br />4. The monitoring must satisfy this facility's monitoring plan. <br />5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />6.
