Annular space sensor and spill <br /> bucket last tested on 04/2010. Annular space sensor is stuck and spill bucket inspected visually - called <br /> it a failure. <br /> See Service Request SR0061778 Addendum to address the repair for the waste oil tank annular space <br /> sensor and spill bucket. Testing for the repairs will performed under the SR. <br /> Ensure the testing is performed by 04/2011 to avoid late annual monitoring system certification and spill <br /> bucket testing. <br /> Continue cease usage of waste oil tank until repairs are completed and test provide passing results. <br /> - Viewed the fill port drop tube in the waste oil tank - no pipe/ stick found to obstruct the overfill <br /> prevention flapper. <br /> - Last Designated operator employee training last conducted 04/2010. Ensure an annual refresher is <br /> conducted next month. <br /> - Financial Responsibility last received 04/2010. Ensure notification of financial assurance for UST is <br /> received by 04/2011. <br /> - Provided free training course schedule for 2011 year.
