Pescadero Ave,Tracy
Attachments:
Hi Stacey,
After talking to the Stockton Service Station tech, and re reading the info they previously provided, it's apparent
that they literally hadn't addressed each of the sensor issues within their response.
Therefore, I've detailed the findings/corrections below.
Monitoring Certification by Tanknology and the subsequent Line 11 of the Inspection Report both confirmed the
following issues.
A.) The Gear Oil, Waste Oil, and Motor Oil tanks' annular space sensors were collectively not of sufficient
length to reach the low point of the tanks' annular space low points.
B.) B.) The Waste Oil Sump sensor's cord length prevented it from residing in the correct low point of the
sump.
Upon closer inspection by Stockton Service Station Systems technicians, it was determined that 2 of the 3
annular sensors were capable of being extended sufficiently to reach the tanks secondary low points.
A.) The Gear Oil and the Motor Oil annular sensors were extended to the proper length.
B.) The Waste Oil Annular sensor(V/R#794390-407)was replaced.
C.) The Waste Oil Sump sensor (V/R#794380-208) was replaced and its position relocated to the sump's
low point.
Please let me know if you see anything requiring attention, correction or further detail.
Thanks again,
Scott C... . ...
Covey Engineering, Inc
A Division of National Petroleum Services
Phone: (951)-522-5110
Digi-fax: (866) 706-8265
AZ, AR, AL, CA, CO, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MS, NY, NE, OH, OK, UT, VA, WI +++
Providing National Petroleum Services
https:Hwebmai i.sjcphs.org/exchange/srivera@sjcehd.com/Inbox/YRC%20-%201535%20E... 12/6/2010
