Pescadero Ave., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the STP sump sensor and annular sensor in the gear oil <br /> tank, to reposition the waste oil and motor oil annular sensors, and to install a site fax module <br /> for the TLS-350 on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. <br /> Amended repairs were proposed, requiring breaking concrete over the gear oil tank. The permit <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> If a "cold start" is to be performed, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior <br /> to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the <br /> time of EHD inspection. <br /> b. Secondary containment testing on the waste oil tank and any other affected piping, <br /> tanks, and sumps. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br />
