Pescadero Ave., Tracy HEALTH MPAFTMENT SR0059819, revised <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the STP sump sensor and annular sensor in the gear oil <br /> tank, to reposition the waste oil and motor oil annular sensors, and to install a site fax module <br /> for the TLS-350 on the underground storage tank(UST)system at the above noted address. <br /> Amended repairs were proposed, requiring breaking concrete over the,wasteroil tank. The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: d6WR- <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209)466-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality! Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Heelth & Safety Code. <br /> If a"cold start" is to be performed, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior <br /> to performing the"cold start"of the Veeder Root system and made available at the <br /> time of END inspection. <br /> b.
