Pescadero Ave., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the waste oil sump sensor and annular sensor, to <br /> reposition the gear oil and motor oil annular sensors, and to install a site fax module for the <br /> TLS-350 on the underground storage tank(UST)system at the above noted address. Amended <br /> repairs were proposed, requiring breaking concrete over the waste oil tank. The permit has <br /> been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health &Safety Code. <br /> If a "cold start" is to be performed, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior <br /> to performing the"cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the <br /> time of EHD inspection. <br />
