In addition, technicians
will verify the placement position for: annular sensors on tanks T-3, T-4, T-5, and T-6 and liquid
detection sensor for diesel sump L-2. The permit has been approved with the following
conditions:
1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control
District for any applicable permits and requirements.
2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval
prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones.
3. Contact Thuy Tran at (209) 468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments
(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that
inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval.
a.
